Bar Elena is a funky, multi-faceted space offering fun takes on bar food, seasonal entrees, and quality neighborhood bar vibes. We stock a great rotating beer list on draft, a concise wine list to compliment a varied menu, and awesome cocktails featuring local distilleries in the DMV. With Happy Hour every day, from 5-7pm, we welcome regular faces as well as new friends!

General Manager
Francis brings twenty plus years of restaurant experience to H Street. He has been an important part of both Bar Elena/Boundary Road from the first days in 2012. Francis brings experience both in fine dining and casual bar settings. Friends and neighbors on H Street will have a friendly and familiar face to welcome them back.
